Fue un poco incómodo las dos camas separadas en lugar de una grande de matrimonio, las paredes estaban bastante sucias y tampoco había jabón para las manos ni champú o gel de ducha. Pero por lo demás todo genial

I stayed on 2 different occasions, once for 3 nights with my friends and then for 2 nights with my husband a week later. The location and helpfulness of the front office people are great...when they are there. It is very difficult to not have someone available on call in the case of an emergency. That is what we had to deal with. We had an early morning departure and were asked to leave our keys on the dining table, which we did. Unfortunately my husband shut the door before realizing his suitcase was inside. This occurred at 5:30 a.m. between that time and 7:00 a.m. we called multiple times and no one answered. We left a message, sent an SMS, no reply. So we had to leave without our bag. Once we arrived back in California, we called and were told no one can help us with the bag any more. We are left stranded without our belongings and think it is unfair that there is no contact available during the time the front desk is not covered. This is extremely inconvenient. Excelente ubicación, MUY cerca del metro y de la parada de bus. Caminando llegas a La Rambla y el departamento desde que llegamos nos dejó impresionados por lo bonito que está. Gran servicio por parte de la gente que atiende el lugar y muy buena actitud siempre. Los recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent apartment, couldn’t fault it, perfect location, less than 10 mins walk into Las Ramblas. Lovely bakery next door for fresh pastries in the morning. The directions to get to the apartment were very clear - we took the bus & metro which was easy, quick & cheap. Thank you!

We stayed at this apartment with a couple and 2 children. A wonderful location. Excellent cost performance. There were lots of supermarkets and restaurants around and we were satisfied. The office staff is also friendly and comfortable. The room was comfortable and it was a wonderful flat. The only bad thing is that the hot water in the shower has become cold water on the way. This apartment you'd like to recommend to all guests. We will definitely return here.

Apartment clean and well equipped with very helpful staff who deal quickly with any issues raised. Luggage storage available to make the most of our last day as late flight home. This 1 bedroom apartment with terrace met our needs for 3 nights precruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had a big balcony with a sliding glass door from the living area and the bedroom. There was a washer, fridge, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, plus adequate dishes, utensils and pots and a large screen tv. It could be great with a few small updates. The shower head needs replacing, there are no towel bars, add chairs to the terrace, supply toiletries and a dish towel. closet is useless as it's too close to the bed to utilize. I asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together but made up separately. These are small things but overall we had a lovely 3 nights and appreciated being right next to the metro, bus stop and taxi stand.

Shower curtain was stained and dirty. Hot water stopped working the evening before we left.

The outside of the apartment block looks very scruffy but inside is nice and spacious and clean. It would have been nice if there had been a kettle to make a cup of tea and a saucepan to boil some eggs but everything else was ok

El único punto que puedo destacar como negativo es que supuestamente tenian registrados dos adultos y no los menores y querían cobrarnos un diferencial de precio. Afortunadamente se resolvió pero cuando contrate el apartamento no me equivoque en l cantidad de pasajeros y x eso el tipo de habitación. Saludos

Good afternoon! Thank you for the provided service for settlement and accommodation. The quality of the apartments, cleanliness, location, comfort of comments to you there. BUT!!! There is a huge problem with your staff, namely with the receptionist who worked at our eviction on July 9. It's just a rude, insolent, scampy, uncultured bribe !!! This boor allowed himself to open his loud mouth and shout at us when we waited for him under the front door for more than 15 minutes. We had to get our things in the baggage room. We were very late for the airport for our flight, our taxi was waiting for us, but we could not leave, because your employee at the reception desk was not present at his workplace, and when he showed up, he opened his mouth to us and yelled at us, insulting us , degrading our dignity. How can this boor open his mouth to customers who pay you money, and he gets his salary from that money? This is not possible! I earnestly ask you to punish this boor and dismiss him f

Our stay at Charmsuites was very nice. The only issue we had was the shower went cold very quickly. VERY quickly. We basically had time to wash out hair and do a very quick wash down with shampoo and that was it. Everything else was good.

Nicee accomodations - no amenities (soap, etc). No place to put bags (tables).

Good location. Nice unit. Friendly and helpful staff. I commend Mark and Eric! Only concern is the inconsistency of hot water.

I arrived on a Sunday night and notified Eric via phone that I was ten minutes away. I waited at the entrance for no more than 2 minutes before he arrived and checked me in and showed me to my apartment. He was very proud of the fact the there was a second wifi address as I had previously stayed at the Charmsuites and and had a small issue with speed of the wifi. I also asked him if he could put my friends who were coming into town 2 days later on the same floor and he did. I am definitely staying here again. Great location and plenty of space and ask for room on back of the building as balcony is much larger.

Atico con escalera muy peligrosa para niños. El termo se rompió pero lo arreglaron el televisor tampoco pero me lo cambiaron mesitas de noche sin cajones faltaban muchas cosas de cocina los colchones eran muy malos y de todas las habitaciones eran iguales porque vimos varias cuando te acostabas te hundias

Hello~ I was really enjoyed with your apt. There are 2 suggestions. 1. Place for Late check in : there were 2 entrances of your apt. So, please let customer know there were 2 entrances and which place they have to use. I was confused that the voucher address is Rambla, but your e-mail was Parallel 65. 2. I stayed at 3-3 of Parallel, I think you have to change kitchen equipment. They were so old and not clean. Except 2 points, I was really happy.

Nice stay. Well placed near major attractions.

The location was great, along with the room size and value. Check-in was a bit disorganized, but checking out was a breeze. We did have an issue with our electricity going out, but it was quickly resolved. I am a travel agent, and I would recommend this property to any clients visiting Barcelona! :-)

Lovely clean apartments, staff willing to help when we need any extras, kettle , taxi etc. Far enough away from any disturbance but near enough to all shops, bars and a cafes.

Overall a good experience, I think it's perfect for 2 people (as we were). The location is perfect, really close to line L3 and L2 of the metro, many bus stops nearby and many restaurants/cafe'. We would come back again if we have the chance.
